Fundraising Events
Football Pot Fundraiser –
Selling 100 squares for $40 a square. Good for the
entire season (16 games) for the Dallas Cowboys.
Numbers will change
weekly and will be drawn using random.org.
Payout is $25 a Quarter.
Profit
for each player: 1 square is 1% = $24.00; 2 squares is 2% = $48.00; . . . . 10 squares is 10% = $240.00
etc.
This
is an INDIVIDUAL Fundraiser – For the $40 a square-
$16 will need to be turned in for payout. $24 you keep..
Please
send square info to Cassidy’s Mom- danyellestone@andrewskurth.com She will be tracking
everything on a spread sheet.
The
team will need to sell all 100 squares between now and September 11th.

Saturday - August 29th – 2 Fundraisers to choose from - Pancake Breakfast or
Car Wash
Applebee’s Pancake Breakfast in
Terrell TX from 8:30-10:00AM.
Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit and drinks. Flyer
attached.
Tickets
are $7.00 each. Profit is $3.00 per ticket sold. Attached is a flyer for the
breakfast and the tickets to sell.
Car Wash at the McDonalds in Forney, TX 9AM- 2PM… Please bring supplies for washing cars…..
Scratch off cards - Scratcher
cards cost $20.00 per card Profit is $80.00 per card. You ask friends, family
or who ever to scratch two spots on your card, while agreeing that whatever
amount comes out they donate that amount. In return, you hand the coupon sheet
worth over $50.00 as a Thank You. If we order 10 Cards, at least our
profit will be $100 per Card. I will need to collect the $20.00 up front
from each person wishing to participate.
Wednesday – September 9th - Double Daves
Pizza, Forney, TX from 5-8PM. We will be bussing tables and refilling drinks. We are guaranteed at least $100.00, but the past fundraisers
had over $400.00 in tips. We have also been given
permission in doing our scratch off cards during that time. Flyer attached.

Customized
Calendars- Put together a custom calendar with selling of advertisement our
profit is $10,000.00 ( attached is what we need for
the calendars)
Candles sales, etc….
Applebee’s
also offers a Spaghetti dinner, If we charge $10.00
each meal we get $6.00 profit per ticket, we just need a location to host it.
They will come cater it, serve, and clean up. All we do is provide the
customers and building. If any one has somewhere we can do
this let me know.
